Yes. Our fees are based on the most recent Alberta Dental Hygienists Association Fee Guide. This helps ensure transparency and predictability. Services provided at our mobile/community locations may include a modest facility or service fee to cover travel and setup

We accept most dental insurance plans, including the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and the Alberta Dental Assistance for Seniors Program. Coverage varies between providers, so we encourage patients to confirm details directly with their plan. Our team is happy to provide estimates in advance.

It depends on your needs. Some patients benefit from every three months, while others do well two or three times a year. We’ll make a personalized recommendation after assessing your oral health.

Not necessarily. X-rays are recommended based on your age, dental history, and current needs. They help us detect issues that can’t be seen during an exam, but we only take them when clinically necessary.

Yes. Our Canmore treatment space at Origin is open to all members of the community, and appointments there can be booked online. For our other community/mobile locations — such as Bow River Lodge, Golden Eagle View, and St. Martha’s — bookings are arranged directly through our team and are available only to residents of those facilities.

We respect patient choice. All treatments are provided on a consent basis, and your hygienist will review options with you. Preventive oral care is always tailored to your comfort, preferences, and needs.

Yes! Our Canmore treatment space at Origin is open to all members of the community, and we welcome new patients. Appointments can be booked online. For our mobile/community locations, care is available only to residents of those facilities.

You are welcome to access care even without dental insurance. Our fees follow the Alberta Dental Hygienists Association Fee Guide, and we provide treatment recommendations based on your needs, not on insurance coverage.

Services at community locations may vary, but generally include dental hygiene exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and preventive care. Additional options such as silver diamine fluoride or atraumatic restorative treatment may be considered when appropriate and within professional guidelines.

All care is provided by registered dental hygienists (RDHs) who follow the Alberta Dental Hygienists Association Fee Guide. When appropriate, we collaborate with dentists, nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals to support your overall health

We do not provide emergency dental services such as extractions or root canals. If you are experiencing severe pain, swelling, or trauma, please contact your dentist directly or seek urgent care.
In some cases, we may be able to provide temporary comfort measures — such as silver diamine fluoride (SDF) or atraumatic restorative treatment (ART) — or help coordinate a referral. These options are assessed on an individual basis and are not a substitute for comprehensive dental treatment.
