Collaborative Care.
Care is stronger when it’s shared.

At Lone Pine Dental Hygiene, we know that oral health is a vital part of overall health. That’s why we work alongside a wide network of professionals and organizations — not limited to those listed here — who share our commitment to patient-centred care.
We collaborate with:
Medical professionals – physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and specialists.
Dental colleagues – dentists, denturists, oral surgeons, and other dental specialists.
Allied health professionals – physiotherapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, dietitians, and speech-language pathologists.
Community and facility teams – care aides, recreation staff, social workers, administrators, and activity coordinators at the residences and facilities where we provide mobile care.
Pharmacists – supporting medication safety and management of oral side effects.
Public health and social supports – including Indigenous health services, seniors’ programs, and local community health initiatives.
This network reflects our belief that care is stronger when it’s shared.
With gratitude: We are deeply thankful for the opportunity to collaborate with so many skilled and compassionate professionals, and for the trust placed in us by the communities we serve. Together, we create an environment where every resident can feel supported, respected, and cared for as a whole person
Note on Circle of Care
In Alberta, the “circle of care” includes regulated health professionals and authorized decision-makers who are directly involved in providing or coordinating your care. It does not include all staff members of a facility. This ensures your personal information and treatment decisions are shared only with those who need to know, in order to provide safe and appropriate care.

“It takes a team to create health — oral care is one part, but together we build the whole picture.”
